Free shipping within the continental US

All orders shipped within the continental United States ship free. No minimum.

How quickly we dispatch

Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days, and we can often ship the same day. This includes personalized items — personalization happens at our own facility in Signal Hill, California, so custom orders are not slower than stock ones.

Canada

We offer paid shipping to Canada. Rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary with customs, and any duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Other international destinations

We do not currently ship outside the United States and Canada.

Delivery addresses

Once an order has been dispatched we cannot change the delivery address. Please check it carefully before completing checkout.

Bulk orders

Large orders ship the same way and are usually dispatched together. For a conference or event with a fixed date, tell us the date when you enquire and we will confirm the schedule in writing.
